How do I get started with Tutor11?
A: First you contact Tutor11 and we will explain to you how the system works and what plans are available that will be beneficial to your child's needs. Once you have decided on a plan, you will have a tutor assigned to you who will come to your home and diagnose your child. At this point you can set up a schedule with your assigned tutor and begin your tutoring sessions.
Where is Tutor11 located?
A: Tutor11 is currently located in the Greater Toronto Area that includes Mississauga, Scarborough, Ajax, Pickering, Toronto, North York, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oshawa, and Vaughan.
Do I have to sign a contract with Tutor11 to get started?
A: No, to get started with Tutor11 you do not need to sign a contract. You choose how long you stay with Tutor11 whether it is one day or many years. It is completely up to your discretion.

What subjects and levels can Tutor11 provide service in?
A: Tutor11 provides services in all subjects from Junior Kindergarten to grade 12. However, we also specialize in many university and college level courses. Furthermore, we provide tutoring to students above and below their grade level as well as students with various learning disabilities. Our Step Up Pre-K program offers tutoring to students from the ages of 2 to 4 in the areas of language and mathematics.
What if I just want to try Tutor11 services for one time to see if it will be beneficial to my child?
A: You are welcome to take advantage of Tutor11 services how ever many times you feel necessary. You can pay a one time fee and get registered in system to see how our services can help improve your child's academic career. Give it a try!
How do I make changes to my tutoring schedule?
A: Once you have a tutor assigned to your child, you will keep most records with that particular tutor. If you need to reschedule, cancel or change time table, you must contact your assigned tutor and work out a schedule that is convenient to both of you. Once you both have decided on a new schedule, then you must notify Tutor11 of the changes made immediately.
How do I make payments?
A: All payments are made either through the Web-Payment Service or mail. We accept Visa, Master Card, Certified Cheques, and Money Orders.
Who do I contact for emergency cancellations?
A: For emergency cancellation you first contact your assigned tutor. Then you contact the Tutor11 office at 647-704-9811. Note that you may be charged for late notification of cancellation.
What material will the tutor cover with my child?
A: All Tutor11 tutors are cover with the student what the parent(s)/guardian(s) of the student wants covered. For older students Tutor11 tutors will go through what the students themselves want covered. However, if the students or parent(s)/guardian(s) are unsure of what material needs to be reviewed then our tutors will make suggestions that are based on initial student diagnosis and ministry requirements.
